Astute followers may notice a theme to the recent additions to the list of the most unhealthy alcoholic drinks at America’s most popular chain restaurants: they are frozen/blended.
The folks at Eat This! Not That! grow increasingly disconcerted the farther down the list we get. Blended drinks will always focus on providing vibrant flavors & extreme sweetness—which racks up the calories, sodium, and carbs that they abhor.
I do truly believe that there is a time and a place for everything, and whenever you want to forego any degree whatsoever of craftsmanship & alcohol content is such a time and place.
